Sphereing or "Hill Rolling " is now available at the picturesque Benalmadena Golf and Leisure Complex and is included as part of the new " Fun Trips " on offer and being well organized by the club management ( Aymerich ) along with Spheremaniaespa�a ( an adventure sport company based in Spain ).

What is Sphereing you might say, well its basically tearing down a hill at around 45 kms per hour inside a 4 metre inflatable sphere, yes you heard it your strapped inside a big plastic ball while it carreers down a long hill.

There is two types of Sphereing , aqua and harness. Harness-Sphereing is where you are physically harnessed in the sphere with other participants and the other ( Aqua-Sphereing ) has been referred to as rolling down a hill in a washing machine where 2 participants are free rolling in around 30 liters of water unharnessed...sounds great fun actually, why didn't someone think of this before you might ask.

And of Aqua-Sphereing they say "Ever wondered what it's like in a washing machine? Of course you have...well now try it yourself! With your fellow victim, you will slide together down a hill, riding the water".. this gets even better.
