River Ebro
The River Ebro has the greatest discharge of water and is the longest river in Spain. There is an incredible diverse landscape visible along the long winding route of the majestic river which is up to 300 meters wide in places.
The Ebro travels across Castilla-Leon, Pais Vasco, La Rioja, Navarra, Aragon and Catalonia, and Mirando de Ebro, Haro, Logroo, Tudela, Zaragoza and Tortosa, the river finally reaches the Mediterranean where it fans out to form the Delta de Ebro covering 320 km, one of the most important wetlands in Europe.
If your thinking of planing a trip to discover the wonders of the River Ebro and its surrounding beauty I would highly recommend a web site that offers information and accommodation and can be found at http://www.riverebroapartments.com/index.htm.
